Aroha - A mixed-media experiment

Collaborated with renowned multimedia artist Archan Nair, celebrated creative technologist Marpi, and musician Mindex to imagine and bring to life Aroha, a multidimensional world built in WebGL.
Stemming from a poem I wrote, this mixed media experiment visualizes the fluidity of love and its forms on another planet.
Aroha spans across desktop, mobile, and VR, collaborating with creatives from the USA, Germany & India. Its installation premiered as a part of the Web3D Art Gallery at Media Art Nexus, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
Each self-contained world has its own unique interaction. Floating spheres can be painted in beads, like frozen bubbles of air—droplets of rain shatter and flow. Chrome orbs can be extruded and shaped. Learn more here.
